Below we've listed internet cafes, ski and snowboard servicing shops and launderettes. Anything you think we should add or you'd like to see let us know on info@azzure.co.uk.

Internet Cafes.

The Bureau - on the walk way by the banks of L’Avre. The Bureau is a dedicated internet café with high speed broadband. Also cool cos it serves great coffee on comfortable sofas with sky TV.

The Cybar - a cross between a bar and an internet café with big TV and comfy sofas too. On the Rue du Moulin, they've got loads of computers and you can drink beer and surf the internet at the same time! Pretty cool huh!?

You can also Internet access in McDonald's who sell burgers (really??) and the Post Office who sell stamps (no way!!).

Remember most of the accommodation available through Azzure provide broadband WiFi internet access for their clients!

Ski & Snowboard Servicing.

There loads of places to get your skis and snowboard serviced, but if you're like us, you want to know it's done professionally and to a high standard. So this is the results of us having our skis and boards hacked to death or walking away with pride and pleasure at how well they've been done ...

WWS or Winter Workd Shop - Superb serving to the highest level. Camelle who runs WWS has the highest quality ski and snowboard servicing machine in Chamonix. He can give you race quality finishes and also ski services for manufacturers before the skis hit the shops. But beware he can get mightily busy ...

Chamonixski.com - Pierre and Francois specialise in hand crafted repairs and we have never had anything but praise for what they've returned to us. Just away from the centre of Chamonix on the Rue de Pecles walk the extra 100m for a superb finish!

Snell Sports - Mass servicing in the centre of Chamonix, but hey, good, reliable and bang in the middle of town if you want to drop your skis or snow board off on the way to the bar and walk past in the morning to pick them up.

Laundrettes.

If you're self catering or here for a while, getting your cloths washed can be a probelm.

We've only ever found one laundrette in Chamonix who does the bizz. we only know him as "The Laundrette Man" but he has your clothes washed and dried before you can get back from the slopes!

Behind the back of the Spar supermarket just before you get to Cham Sud he is the man to see!
