villa at Veyrier-du-Lac is right on the edge of lake
Annecy. Started in 1992, this beautiful 12 room summer
house has one of France's best dining experiences.
The ambiance is as breath taking as the cuisine.
As you sit down for dinner the summer sun slowly lowers
in the sky, setting in a brilliant glow over the lake
stretched out before you.
Delicate flavours touch your palate, the wild herbs,
roots & flowers delivering that subtle taste of
nature that La Maison de Marc Veyrat is famous for.
Whether its the Saint-Jaques adorned with the pistil
of a wild snow crocus, or the Char, freshly caught
in an alpine lake & tickled with wild poppies
or the Turbot, perfumed with Larch bark.
This is haut cuisine at its finest, an experience

of the wordls finest chefs as this restaurant is consistently
voted in the worlds to 50.
The Sonata Menu
is 13 courses or there's the Symphony
Menu, which is 15 courses & Marc Veyrat's
latest creations. A la Carte is also available.
